Buffalo

Buffalo have been raised on the ranch since 1980.  The herd has grown to about 40 head.

Buffalo can be hunted any time of year, though they are best in the fall.

Elk

The elk herd is still quite small, so the elk hunts are limited each year.  Elk hunts have been booked through 2011.

Elk may only be hunted during established Washington state hunting seasons and with a valid hunting license.  Elk licenses range from $43.20 to $180 depending on the type selected.  Check the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife licensing schedule for more information.

Hunters of elk must follow all Washington state regulations.  Hunters are responsible for obtaining all proper licensing, tags, and documentation.  The Schuerman Ranch is not responsible for ensuring hunters have the correct documentation.
